Awardco Launches Strategic Enter of Excellence 
Ten-year-old, Salt Lake City-based Awardco has launched a new Center of Excellence (COE) consisting of “a strategic team of thought leaders and experienced practitioners in rewards and recognition to provide customers the support they need to build programs that not only function, but thrive and drive bottom-line results.” According to the company, the COE consists of a strategic consultative offering to help clients achieve business and bottom-line success, as well as a research arm to produce industry best practices through quantitative research and practitioner experience. “As a dedicated resource built to scale success, the COE exists to help organizations create recognition strategies that are more thoughtful, more impactful, and more aligned to business outcomes. And it's already driving real change.”
One10 Marketing Acquires Whistle Technology 
One10 LLC, the eight-year-old Minneapolis-based performance improvement and incentive solutions has acquired Whistle, a St. Louis employee engagement and rewards technology company founded by Drew Carter and Chris Dornfeld. “The acquisition significantly strengthens One10’s position in behavioral science, data science and incentive technology capabilities, enabling faster, more targeted ways to improve performance across employee and channel ecosystems,” the company states. Whistle management and employees will remain in St. Louis as One10 team members.
Drew Carter joins One10 as President of Performance Solutions, overseeing the company’s Incentive and Recognition and Marketing Services solution areas. Chris Dornfeld becomes Executive Vice President of Product Strategy, leading the continued development of Whistle’s technology and the next generation of One10’s incentive platform.
Bishop-McCann Purchases MTI Events 
Bishop-McCann, a 28-year-old meetings, incentives, and events company based in Kansas City, MO has acquired MTI Events, a Kansas City-based event and incentive travel company with more than 35 years of experience in the field. The acquisition bolsters Bishop-McCann’s incentive travel capabilities, adding seasoned talent, fresh perspectives, and a shared commitment to excellence in client service, the company says. “This is more than a business move; it’s a values match,” says Rob Adams, CEO and partner of Bishop-McCann. “We’ve long admired MTI Events for its people-first philosophy, deep incentive expertise, and ability to deliver memorable, joyful experiences. Bringing MTI into the Bishop-McCann team allows us to serve our clients with even greater creativity, scale, and strategic insight.”
Chris Razaki Joints Payouts Network as Sales VP

Razaki joins Payouts Network from Xoxoday, a global firm specializing in loyalty and incentives, where he served as Vice President of Enterprise Sales and Strategy. His background also includes leadership sales positions at Affinity Solutions, Mastercard, and Engage People.
